We promote the empowerment of communities and the inclusion of people in situation of special vulnerability, fostering their autonomy and self-sufficiency, in the understanding that this is the best basis for socioeconomic development and the exercise of their rights.
CIDEAL approaches sustainable, productive development and income generation from a multidimensional perspective: promoting education and professional training in different fields, facilitating employment and self-employment opportunities, and promoting production, transformation, and commercialisation processes.
Over the years, we have developed multiple income generation programs and projects in Maghreb countries, Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, and Southeast Asia, adapting to different contexts and considering the specificities of the different groups.
